Apparently, I still have to say this, no the pink, green and purples were NOT because the art director was colorblind. Filmation was so segmented that an art director wouldn't be able to select colors w/out the colorist reviewing it. #TOSSatNight #TASSatNight

I think this week's #StarfleetAcademy might be the closest thing we get to the #StarTrekTAS life support belt on screen, unless #StarTrekSNW decides to show early testing of the device. And given when they did the the Recreation Room...I'm ok with them not!
