We were honored to have Miss Major as a featured guest and speaker at last year’s Gender Liberation March.

As always, she reminded us that our survival is sacred and it is our duty to act and fight for the liberation of all people.

Rest in Power & Peace Miss Major 🏳️‍⚧️

Trans activists occupy toilets in Texas state capitol building to protest ‘bigoted’ bathroom bill ➡️ https://bit.ly/4mRE5c0
Texas legislators are attempting for the third time in almost a decade to ban trans people from using restrooms under the guise of protecting women and girls. This is a non-issue pushed to police and harm trans and cis people alike. So, activists staged a sit in to say NO to bathroom bigotry.
Texas trans organizers ain't playin!
When they called, GLM answered. They asked for support on a bathroom sit in, inspired by our action at the U.S. Capitol we took last December, and we came down to throw down.

GLM is on the ground in Texas for today’s hearing of yet another iteration of a bathroom bill SB 8.

We’re here to say BAN BATHROOM BIGOTRY. This is not about protection, but about gender policing which harms cis and trans people alike.

This ruling gives the green light to further attacks on LGBTQ+ rights and sets a dangerous precedent for all marginalized communities. We’re committed to fighting back—loudly, proudly, and in solidarity with trans folks leading the way.

Inspiring protest at SCOTUS this morning highlighting the devastating Skrmetti ruling and other threats to transgender individuals. Government does not belong between people and their healthcare providers. #transrights
