Besides the new icon (becoming a bit of an inside joke :), there are new Training Focus Zones settings, tappable charts, start of the week selector, faster loading, and improved UX when you start logging sleep.

I love this app. My ADHD/CPTSD brain gets caught in self-punishing loops when I stop working out for whatever reason, and this helps me out of them. It's the trauma-informed fitness app you didn't know you needed.
