Because of my trauma around music,I have set up this little guitar playing center to help me feel at ease when I play.Everything right within my reach.No extra steps besides finding my phone for tuning.I should get a battery operated tuner just so I don't have the extra step of finding my phone.

1. Today, I had my follow-up from the psych evaluation, and I wanted to share a bit about the journey.
The evaluator acknowledged that I have many autistic traits, but due to the severity of my bipolar disorder and anxiety, she couldn't ethically diagnose me with autism alongside these conditions.
