Put solar panels on state houses. You could probably do the lot for $1.5b, would reduce energy costs for those least able to afford it, increase our grid resilience and save about the same amount in energy costs overall.

I have done some poking about, and the people selling the art deco vase don't know what they have. I, and at least some of the 20 other people "watching" it do.

I want it to have and look at because it's pretty. I'm going to lose it to someone who wants to sell it.
