Her attire makes it clear that she is of the Robotnik bloodline, an esteemed family whose success long ago lied upon the defeat of the fugitive, Sonic the Hedgehog. Probably not a fair comparison - but it was definitely a journey on what I truly want for my art to look like.
From the lines, to color usage, render etc.

Wanted solid, crispy lines, with poppy capcom-ish vibrant colors. etcetera etcetera.
Definitely getting close.
