They spent years calling teachers groomers and libraries stocking porn and they were texting these go voters, including kids who will be 18 in november but 17 now.

Trump and Musk's backing wasn't enough to flip Wisconsin Supreme Court
National Democrats sent in millions for the liberal's campaign while Trump endorsed — and Musk financed — the conservative's. Abortion, redistricting and Tesla could come before the court.

What makes taking over Greenland so much easier than retrieving one person he “mistakenly” sent to a prison he has an agreement with?

We paid for our fertility treatments, incl two failed IVFs, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy that would have killed me in Trump’s America, and was the final blow in having any hope. I struggle with compassion here, but we need these voters to speak out www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

The CIA has moved to dismiss an unspecified number of officers who were working on recruiting and diversity issues, according to former officials, in what would be one of the largest mass firings in the agency’s history.
The C.I.A. Is Planning Its Largest Mass Firing in Nearly 50 Years
The possible purge of officers working on recruiting and diversity comes as the agency moves to comply with the spirit of an executive order banning efforts to diversify the federal work force.

Or maybe failure to educate (the “ignorant masses” Dems mock for voting against their interests) makes keeping it in place a win for Republicans. Does DOE have any responsibility for how we got here? Someone call an ivysplainer www.nationsreportcard.gov/profiles/sta...

Most people don’t care if civil servants get laid off. Fair or not, it highlights how they have enjoyed protections the rest of us have never had. Most of us have been laid off at some point in our careers and survived. It’s a fact of life. Dems should focus on loss of services, a more universal TP

Pretty hard to counteract a decade and a half of unchallenged disinformation. Most people are too busy to be curious on their own.

Im angry, dont get me wrong. But all this lines up neatly with the rise of a handful of people controlling and profiting off the flow of information. I have to remind myself, if Im turning on human beings with no more individual control than I have, then Im on the wrong path.

Yeah, I’ve had that experience for sure. Do you think it’s weird how we as individuals are holding ourselves and one another accountable where the institution itself has failed, and continues to not step up?

Gotcha. I’m not sure we disagree. As a language learner myself I think we got lost in translation. 🫶I am angry at Dems for not trying hard in places whereTrump is strong

The party of compassion strikes again! Though tbh I don’t entirely disagree that some natural consequences would be instructive, lets not lose our own values in the process.
