Heaven's River has the same conceptual O'Neill's Cylinder shape/idea but the scale is vastly larger - 180km diameter (versus 9km diameter here - 20x wider) and 900 km length for each of the many segments (versus 35km for the entire thing here - possibly 100s of times longer)

Hey folks. Here's one of the animations I did showing an O'Neill Colony - basically a hollowed out cylinder in space. This one is 35km long and 9km across and spins once per minute (if I remember) to provide 1g gravity.
