Today’s Whitby is rainbows, skeletons and Alice.
An early good morning, Skyfolk. Indeed, I'm not sure I've been asleep, my brain had the rattles.

Off to Whitby at lunchtime. Weirdly stressed about it, though once there, it will be fine.

Hope you're all doing grand.
I worked for Sunderland Council during elections. I totally get this!
I'm so Beer Bad Buffy today!
Blasting the Cure is on the agenda!
Excellent goth party. To be repeated tomorrow allegedly...
The bar is called Baba Yaga, and it's rather eclectic. Lovely staff though.
Good morning Skyfolk.

Ouch! Beer bad.
Right, I'm putting away my worries for a while, it's Halloween, it's my wedding anniversary, a new Creeper album just dropped and if you like OTT Sisters of Mercy Jim Steinman hybrids eulogising heaven and hell, then you will find it aces!

And we're headed out for chips and wine!

Absolutely. And I acknowledged to him, that actually, this might just be my status quo going forward. There may be no appropriate treatment. And that's fine. Knowing is half the battle. I know they want to rule out a couple of underlying things (like MS). But even that, if diagnosed, is progress.
It’s actually really good to have a gp who states that they have reached the end of their competency in treating me and that I need specialist treatment, and are therefore referring me directly to neurology going forward for treatment.

Like, really good that he acknowledges I’m complicated.
You've just reminded me of my next husband nag. It runs in his family.
I have a wayward imagination, so had it just been me experiencing the weirdness of our old house, I'd have blamed that. But it was everyone, including my rather stodgy brother who met the live in ghost. And the dogs really knew where they lurked in the laying out room (aka living room).
Packing continues. I’ve never actually worn this jacket, bought it second hand more as a pinboard for my pins and brooches. But perhaps it deserves an outing.
Morning Skyfolk. Latest man cave- my bed.
Morning and what a beautiful sky. Enjoy your day.

I just rang to book a table for tea on Sunday and apparently the entire hotel is being decorated by goths today and it sounds absolutely fantastic!

That's lovely. We lived just off Cullercoats seafood 17 years, I love that beach. Shields is definitely home now though, your grandad would probably be shocked at the fish Quay now with its bars and artworks, though it's still a working dock.
Good morning from North Shields.
