Took myself on a little walk this afternoon and followed my body's pull to pursue a different route ~ lo and behold me, 15 mins later, having a full moment of appreciation and reflection whilst taking in a beautiful scene. It's been a minute since I sat in my gratitude, and it was VERY needed.
