Lamb shanks in red wine for dinner tonight. We were given a bottle of red a few weeks ago. Rather aptly named

Anyone in the Malvern area- a friend’s daughter and her husband are looking to rent a house there. They have an elderly springer spaniel. Both have good jobs and are decent folk.

Some very long days and Mr A has a raised area to decorate and build storage benches for later in the month. Ovens are not in the commercial kitchen yet. They deserve every success.
