All practical checks on federal abuse of power are gone!

If federal agents storm your house w/o a warrant you can't use force to defend yourself (Ferrone 1971). Police can't arrest Feds even for const. violations (Tanella 2004). Victims can't even sue in civil court (Harlow v. Fitzgerald 1982)
