Yes, Northwestern and @medillschool.bsky.social, go hide in shame. You realize that no one will want to give you money to turn around and give it to Donald Trump. My alma mater is dead to me.

Ultimately there are just a lot of people who are looking for a politics that allows them to engage in this kind of sadism, but we shouldn’t allow them to turn around and pretend that they have actual morals without pointing out the obvious, that they just want blood bsky.app/profile/acco...
Megyn Kelly on alleged war crimes: "I really do kind of not only wanna see them killed in the water, whether they're on the boat or in the water, but I'd really like to see them suffer. I would like Trump and Hegseth to make it last a long time so they lose a limb and bleed out."

Everyone should read this quote and know that this is who we are fighting against.

Hegseth made the decision & gave the order to Bradley.
'No survivors',

He is throwing Bradley under the bus.

The chain of command is criminal trump to Hegseth to other officers.

Bradley is definitely guilty, nobody seems to be disagreeing on that, but I do doubt that this will be the extent of the bleeding
The fall guy. Though he is probably also guilty of first degree murder.

There's no other way to spin this. Hegseth, Admiral Bradley and everyone who was involved with this committed murder.

Admiral Bradley is dead wrong here. He should be tried.
Heinz-Wilhelm Eck might have something to say about this one.

Bradley is a scapegoat--Hegseth almost certainly gave that order, directly, intentionally, and knowingly. But Bradley still conveyed the order to his subordinates. Everyone from Bradley down to the guy who actually did the shooting is guilty of first degree murder and should be punished as such.
Bradley going to learn how far being an apolitical military professional gets you (not very)

After months of 404 Media reporting and pressure from lawmakers, US airlines will shut down a program that sold millions of YOUR flight records to the government.

The Defense Department’s Law of War Manual specifies: “Orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.” These are actions that you would expect from the Islamic State or the Russian army — not from the armed forces of a democracy. wapo.st/49LrEvh
Opinion | Pete Hegseth, not Mark Kelly, should be facing justice
There’s a reason lawmakers worry about the military being told to ignore the law.

There will be a merciless purge of these idiots
Can’t stress enough how disgraceful it is that DOJ lawyers put their names on a brief claiming a 53 year old law doesn’t exist bc Trump has absolute power.
Just a few months ago, DOJ was staffed by the best and brightest, not a bunch of partisan hacks

They are all guilty.
The critical thing here is that Leavitt is distancing Hegseth from the final act of delivering the ultimate order for the strike that killed the two men in the water. She only acknowledges that Hegseth directed the initial destroying of the boat.

That raises new Qs:

Admiral Mitch Bradley and Peter Hegseth need to be courts marshaled for war crimes and this is not even a close call.
December 2, 2025 at 12:11 AM
Bradley needs to get fucked on this. Not the only one but definitely one of the people that needs to get fucked.
If a man personally implicated in war crimes can remain atop the Pentagon, why would he stand by and risk his freedom should Vance (or Trump again) lose the 2028 election?

And unless Bradley sees the inside of a brig, the message to USSOCOM's chain of command is that no action is impermissible.
Pete Hegseth And Adm. Mitch Bradley Belong In Prison
The South American boat strikes are plainly murders. Now we have the names of the murderers. Do we have the political will to lock them up?

Profoundly embarrassing. And worse.
Kelly: He runs around on stage talking about lethality and the warrior ethos.. That’s not the message that should be coming from the Secretary of Defense… He runs around on a stage like he’s a 12 year old playing army. It’s embarrassing.

Reminder that "firing on the shipwrecked" is literally THE example used in the DoD War Manual of "a clearly illegal order"
“Leavitt told reporters at the White House press briefing that Hegseth authorized Adm. Frank Bradley to carry out the second strike, which reportedly killed two people who were hanging onto the burning vessel after an initial strike.” Wow. 12/1/25 thehill.com/homenews/562...

When you read about these brazen crimes, remember that Hegseth believes he is carrying out God's will.
Pete Hegseth responded to all this with the smirking, adolescent sadism of a schoolyard bully pulling the legs off of a spider. Now juxtapose this with the horror experienced by a source who saw the imagery of the men being blown apart in the water:
