This feels really important. I’m a fan of the spray paint stencils on sidewalks. More lasting, more evocative of the stolperstein in Germany and other parts of Europe (and modeled locally by Chicago Race Riot of 1919 Commemoration Project).

Thought the Netherlands they have Stolperstain, "stumbling blocks." These brass stones were in the sidewalks throughout Utrecht (and other cities) to remember a person who was taken from the location in WW2. I foresee a day when we will see similar in the US.

A court entry today confirms the release motion's withdrawl.
