the number of cashiers staring at me and not making small talk at stores where they’re supposed to bc of masking has risen recently. granted i didn’t go out much last year but it wasn’t like this so much before… like cool i kind of like mundane small talk since i see people irl so rarely 🥴

i did such a good job spending less money last year and sticking better to budget but it came out awash anyway bc my housing expenses were so much higher 😓 no problems or anything and i did what i needed so that’s good! just annoying

the joy my beanies have from twice daily treat time never gets old. they love it so much. i forgive them a little for making me crawl out of bed early to do it before breaky. (treat time is required for meds)

i started thinking about cat’s cradle again and i think it would behoove me to read it again without a month-long gap in the middle. i think it would take me about 5 hrs. but it really was so wtf. like in a good way i think. just have not read anything in that style before

man i slept so bad last night for a weeking and so sweaty. was having another of the “you have to pack all this stuff in time to leave but you cant” dreams. some kind of work/skule rather than a home but still. god. ive had so many of these.
