It was wonderful to welcome Hanan Issa back to Gladstone’s Library last week to stay with us during her Artist in Residence visit with Theatr Clwyd in partnership with the Wales Millennium Centre - Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru. Hanan Issa is the current National Poet of Wales!

✏️ Engagement and Learning Programme Update!

In November, over 50 Year 5 students from Hawarden Village School visited us to learn about local Victorian leaders. They viewed collection items and designed their own bookplates, taking inspiration from those in our collection.
