I was delighted to accept the King Charles III Coronation Medal for my lab's research & advocacy for women's heart health.🫀💃🏻

We appreciate the support of IMPART at @dalhousie.bsky.social & @womensresearch.bsky.social, & were grateful to be nominated by the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Between blaming "promiscuous" women for cervical cancer & thinking that a fetus develops in the placenta, it is clear that women should not be taking medical advice from RFF Jr & his anti-vaxx minions.

On second thought, no one should follow the advice of these buffoons.

RFK Jr: "Somebody showed me a TikTok video of a pregnant woman at 8 months pregnant -- she's an associate professor at the Columbia Medical School -- and she is saying 'F Trump' and gobbling Tylenol with her baby in her placenta. The level of Trump Derangement Syndrome is now a pathology."

The biggest threat to women's heart health is a lack of knowledge, of their biology & their risks.

@heartandstroke.bsky.social has supported women's health research & now they have a tool that empowers women to gain the knowledge to understand their risks.

Martin Kulldorff says these mistakes are because they are rookies.

I say it's because they are ignorant grifters with little to no understanding of science.

To-may-to, to-mah-to. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That's more confusing because I thought this was for post-heart attack. It is my understanding that for hypertension CCB>BB.

There could be concerns about drug interactions or co-morbidities, but the fact that you didn't mention any discussion of those concerns suggests that wasn't an issue.

Did they say why they thought BB was the choice for you if they think CCB are better?
