I don't think anyone has done the "Reality is a simulation" as a TTRPG, though it might be more fun to be more Reboot than Matrix.

in terms of things that would get me excited as customer - tend to be things I never quite got started or finished.

A galaxy-spanning Space Opera with more of a Saturday Cartoon bent ( Pacesetters Star Ace or the Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers cartoon, Wing Commander )
