i did eventually get my missing fabric, but i have found out more about Howl / Fursuits by Lacy. they owe thousands of $'s in refunds and have not completed suits for paying clients for about 8+ years now. AVOID HOWL FABRICS AND FURSUITS BY LACY

update. they still haven't responded and i've emailed them 3 times now. i'm kinda losing hope but i'm going to keep poking until i get something.
to all makers, AVOID Howl Fabric for now. they obviously have an issue they need to work out in their company.
