Like politics, I would steer clear discussing this over dinner.
They have a small baby, likely exhausted, trying their best.
Just enjoy their company and the food and the adorable new baby.
If asked, I would reply honestly re my kids vaccinations. They can do whatever they like with that info.

I was taught 4 hours max for propofol.
I’m weary however and try to minimise time between open and use.
We had an unfortunate series of patients in this area years ago poisoned with bugs in multi-use propofol (a ‘clinic’ setting…).

TL;DR: too long if done in anger.

Not very often.
There are some places with scant support.
I don’t draw it up every list.
Only on a very prn basis.
I want the supply to keen turning over.
It really does take ages to draw ours up esp if I’m the only one that can do it.

Probs gonna get cancelled for this but what the heck it’s been a day …. Sometimes I draw up Sux….. it takes 35s to draw up out amps… if there is a patient I’m worried about it’s too long….

The most important thing is phone call with her and her loved one in the bay.
Let them know you are looking after mum/grandma.
Let them know you have read notes etc; but is there anything they really need to know that you know.
Assure them you will look after her, and that you will call when done.
