i'm not gonna check them myself, but I predict that these tags will be flooded with so many unlabeled dick pics and furry porn and the occasional goatse that they'll be completely unusable, and the feature will be quietly retired in a month or two

tbh though a lot of my negativity towards New Horizons can probably be chalked up to "it was early 2020 and I was stuck at home forever and I've accidentally transferred those negative feelings to the one thing that actually kept me sane", but also New Leaf WAS better in almost every way. :P

Despite my Animal Crossing art dump, IDK if I actually wanna play the update.
New Horizons got kinda boring too quickly because of a mix of the player having too much control over everything, and also everything being slow and needing 1000 menus and explanations every time you do anything. :')

Oh yeah, a year later, and I guess I'm used to my left ear being able to hear things again, because things don't seem Overwhelmingly Loud™ anymore, and I can tell what directions sounds are coming from again. :P

i was thinking of taking another long walk today because the internet's out again, but the Endless Road Work™ is blocking my way to actually go anywhere, so I guess I'll just have to wait until the weekend when they're not working before I can walk anywhere again. 😔

Found a street nearby that actually has sidewalks and it turns out that walking is easy when you don't have to choose between dodging traffic or trudging through mud or wading through chest-high weeds or trying not to fall into drainage ditches or all of the above???
I put in the bare minimum amount of effort today (walked to the store and back), so I should lose 30,000 pounds any second now. >:D
