Well I have been unable to leave the house the past 2 days due to one of my severe migraines and after 3 days of it I am ready for it to be gone and not to be in pain. chronicmigraines

Well completed all the bug out event quests it was a long day, but I picked up a shiny caterpie from a dynamic raid, and also got some other great pokemon, and evolved a couple I've been waiting for candy for PokemonGO

So going up to see my family soon and I'm both looking forward to it and dreading it, unfortunately they don't understand how bad my Anxiety and Depression is, I struggle with even going out to the shops and being around people and to see them I have to travel all the way to Scotland #anxiety

Happy that Christmas is out of the way, its a hard time for me with my anxiety and Depression and I tend to spend most of it alone and over thinking.
