#NEISvoid... let's say I accept that I'm going to be working mostly from bed through the winter and have awhile before complete collapse to plan that.
What are some things I can do/buy that will make that easier & more pleasant?

My unschooled since 2nd grade kid: Math class is pointless.
Me: But what if you need to buy a new fridge and it's $1700, but it's on sale for 35% off and you have $1000? How will you know if you can afford it?
My kid: That's $595 off, so I still wouldn't have enough.
Me: ... Ok then.

Really dislike the photos of sad kids going back to school while happy parents laugh about it. It's mean. School can be traumatizing. Parents are supposed to show that they are happy to be with their kids.
