Visiting Knockroe Passage Tomb for the Winter Solstice has become one of my favourite traditions of the year.
This 5,000 year old monument has alignments with both the sunrise and sunset on the Solstice, making it the only known example to have a dual alignment.

If only Santa had a team of these magnificent animals pulling his sleigh! They stood at around 2 metres at the shoulder, and weighed over a tonne.
Their most recognisable feature is their truly colossal antlers, measuring close to 4 metres.

One of the main aims of the Legacy Act was to shut down legacy inquests in NI. It is painful to see families have to fight just to get to even get back through the doors of the inquest system with its representation for parties. This case shows why it really matters:
