The goal of this campaign is to gum up the works and apply pressure to the payment processor call centers, who rely upon fast turnaround times. The more time your calls take to resolve, the more it costs the company money. Anything that lets them just dismiss you outright is to their benefit

Calling and being mean, yelling, etc A). directs anger at the wrong people, but also strategically B). lets them end the call immediately and C). lets them dismiss you as a random angry crank instead of someone with a specific issue

Agents need these jobs for medical insurance. A lot of them are sympathetic to your concerns. MC global (upper level of corporate, above regional corporate) is hounding bosses to end this and bosses are snapping at workers as a result. Please be kind when you call, they’re getting slammed (2)

Morale at paypros call centers is in the toilet right now. It’s not just normal Black Friday stress, they’re being pounded. Corporate is pressuring bosses to end the paypros call campaigns. Source familiar w/ internals at MC stressed that folks should stand their ground but be kind to agents (1)

What a great day to be thankful for what you have! Once you start to see the value in “obsolete” technology, it’s impossible to justify just how short our upgrade cycles have become.
Call me crazy, but I think TVs, phones, computers, etc SHOULD last for decades.

I've got an entire backlog of art and sketches I need to upload to my site plus updating certain character profiles.... but I haven't done it in months so there's a lot to do and I'm lazayyyyyy 😭

I cannot describe to y'all the physical pain of to this day *still* managing to draw on the wrong layer. Also I used to be SUPER DUPER bad with keymash file names, though I'd like to think I've gotten better about it in recent months. Now it's nonsensical words!! :D
