May I add that you can’t will meditation to happen. Meditation just happens. You can’t seek it, you can’t do it on purpose. You don’t even remember actually meditating. Time has no meaning during the meditation phase.

How to stay in a better state of mind w/o medication is vip. Yet a smooth voice lulling you isn’t meditation per se. Meditation is meeting a challenge W/O a psychological reaction.
Being w/o thought. A mantra is a thought. A guided meditation is a lot of thoughts. that’s mindfulness not meditation

Meditation has nothing to do with lotus positions or mantras. That’s self hypnosis not meditation. I don’t think you understand meditation itself and say it’s “many things for many people.” You’re mistaken. Seek out a talk by Jiddu Krishnamurti on YouTube “What is Meditation.”

Was there always so much crime against children as there is now? Or does mass communication make it just seem that way? I have NO sympathy for people who commit crimes against children!! Desecration of the innocent is pure unadulterated evil. Lock them all up! 🤬

I have no sympathy for Putin. Putin is synonymous with Russia. Not all Russians agree with Putin. Putin needs to have a huge coronary and just be unalive stat. I like Zelensky. I admire him even. But Putin started this war, and Ukraine hopes to win. Slava Ukraine. But don’t celebrate death.

Because that person believes the number of people killed is a trophy not a necessary evil. It’s kill or be killed in Ukraine, I get that. But to act like a death count is an accomplishment? I have a problem with that.
