I grew up around flag waving of both the Stars and Stripes and stars and bars. It's pathological indoctrination. I tend to see it now as cult indoctrination.

In my state of Texas I see this happening in cities, suburbs, and, worse, rural areas. Who pays to airlift patients to actual hospitals? Ambulances zooming down roads increasingly packed with mentally unfit drivers in huge vehicles AND driverless vehicles is quite dangerous.

I don't know who, besides Flood, has been pushing this "ER model" but it is dangerous and will lead to deaths and prognoses that are far worse than usual. This is because the acute care facilities are not onsite like in a full fledged hospital. This is proof of pathology in USA capitalism.
