Mid Halloween stuffing. Half a large pizza and ~4 pieces of KFC chicken/6 strips thus far. Got so much more to consume tonight, soaring higher marking Halloween with a night dedicated to gluttony.

Recently got a fitness tracker and I'm disappointed
I've burnt far less calories than I thought I was, and that my non-stuffing meals were far smaller calorie counts than I realised. No wonder I've been 280-290 lb for so long.
