As an autistic person I’m always very conflicted about that kind of representation. I’m sure it was really progressive for the time, and it so far seems to be a positive portrayal without sugarcoating his experience, so I’m reserving judgement for the time being

Mine is intergalactic sci fi using earth-centric measurements, especially for time.
Like, your planet is 2 galaxies and a wormhole away, but you still count age in earth years?
Not an intergalactic unit, or even years or seasons localized to your planet?

Does anyone ever get this intense, pervasive longing for “home” even when you’re already there? Like, I live here with my spouse and cats, we’ve made the place nice and cozy and it’s what I mean when I say home normally, but that longing doesn’t recognize it…
I wonder what “home” really means to me

Doing a little less silly one. When I was a kid in Catholic school, I thought I was a creepy evil monster and the only girl in the world who wanted to kiss other girls. Then one day my dad had a normal radio station on instead of KLove, and I heard “I Kissed A Girl” and learned I wasn’t alone
