It's nice to know that maybe I'm finally being listened to
But this doesn't need legislation. We've had the magic spray for years now. Why has no-one already sprayed a line on the ground, and spoke to the offenders/captains behind it?
Are refs not allowed to use the tools we have?

I hear that a lot recently, and yes IFAB have a lot to answer for, but let's not pretend it was always simple. The 1856 rules are also pretty hard to decipher
Though to be fair the 1948 rules were pretty unequivocal
I'll do a full history soon
