So basically they refunded it as store credit, I said I wanted it refunded to my paypal, they didn't want to budge so paypal stepped in and got me my money back. In response they terminated my account. (not my paypal account)

Not going to be buying from TFSource ever again, mostly because they're overpriced, but also because they suspended me over asking for an actual refund on a preorder that hadn't released yet. (For context the price was 20 dollars more expensive here than another place)
