July 2019, when I first came on to the phish Twitter scene, I was going through a really hard time IRL. It was dark. But what got me through was Jimmy Cliff, particularly Sitting in Limbo. I searched out and listened to every cover and every version I could find on repeat. I got through. RIP Jimmy✊️

At the pain management doctor for a steroid shot in my shoulder. My last one just wore off, but only after 8 years! Im hoping that means this one will last just as long. Wish me luck!

Disco and Astro spend a lot of the day watching the street in our front window. Its adorable. They dont know it yet (bc they are cats), but we are replacing the bowed window with a flat picture window. Ive already started looking at really thin tables so they can still look out

I keep saying things at work that not only sound smart but are correct. I could get used to this.
I feel smarter and more put together and my life has noticeably improved since I got a TBI about 3 years ago. Is that even possible or did hitting my head just happen at the exact moment my life turned around? 🤔
