A #MOWIP report is completed... now what?

Barrier assessments give concrete guidance for how to improve women's meaningful participation in security forces. Countries often use these recommendations to apply for funding from The Elsie Fund, or enact initiatives that promote cultural awareness. ⬇️

GSS Lab affiliates Dr. Priscilla Torres (@pttorres.bsky.social) and Dr. Roya Izadi (@royaizadi.bsky.social) recently traveled to Liberia and were able to interview 19 members of the Armed Forces of Liberia as a follow-up to the AFL MOWIP report conducted in 2022.
