At this point this is about perceptions. We "don't know" know, what is actually going on. Maybe the ruzz intrigue might not reach Z, but it reaches close. That's the msg combined with the "diplomatic" stuff, via the US. There are more than one button being pushed, in concert and timing.

Already 2 apartment buildings damaged by the attack. Fire broke out in one of them. Already 4 wounded reported. So, people take their blankets and yoga mats, take their kids and cats and dogs , and go into metro, night after night. For the 4th year now
