Not all funds managed by USAID come from the U.S. Millions of dollars from Sweden, allocated to USAID projects, are now frozen. The same applies to other countries' contributions. Trump, return the money so it can be used for meaningful projects!

How do you think it works. I work for the military. We bought helicopters from the US. Delivery time 10 years for a full Fleet. You can allowcate money but the restriction is on industrial output. Not money
