In big long-range missiles as the only peace message russia will understand — I trust.

I think Westerners tend to forget (or never knew) that Ukraine's anti-colonial struggle didn't begin in 1990, or 2014, or 2022. It has been going on for centuries.
Today we honour the Heroes of Kruty — young Ukrainians who stood against a vastly larger russian force in 1918 to defend Ukraine's independence.

By holding back the enemy advance, they bought crucial time for the Ukrainian People's Republic to sign the Peace of Brest and secure intl recognition.

russia's victims are not nameless statistics. They are real people whose lives russia has violently cut short.

The Klochkovi couple tried to escape the occupied village of Hrabovske. They managed to travel 7km — before russians hunted them down and killed them.

Remember them.

The russian drone killed a couple in their home in the Bucha district last night. Their neighbour, RFERL journalist Marian Kushnir, rescued their 4yo daughter. He went back to help others, but the fire spread too fast.

This is unspeakable.

Five people were killed in the russian terrorist Shahed attack on an ordinary passenger train in the Kharkiv region. More than 290 people were inside.

Now imagine a train in your country being bombed with drones. Impunity always emboldens the aggressor.

russia's ongoing attempts to exterminate the Ukrainian nation is genocide.

The world has a legal and moral obligation to stop genocide.

In the Sumy region, russian forces targeted a couple trying to evacuate on a sled. The first drone killed a 52yo woman. A second one murdered her husband.

We don't hate russia enough.

Over the night, russians heavily bombed Odesa, sending there 50+ drones which targeted energy facilities and households. Tens are injured, more people may still be under the rubble.

This is a daily horror that ordinary Ukrainians are enduring 24/7. Trump wants to reward this w/ the Donetsk region.

My God. Another painful loss: after more than two weeks of fighting for his life, firefighter and rescuer Oleksandr Zibrov, 36, has succumbed to his severe wounds. He was critically injured during a russian double tap attack in Kyiv on January 9, the State Emergency Service reported.

This is insane. Kyiv has been under an intense russian drone attack for more than 4h now. In broad daylight, russia executes a city of 4M people. With full impunity, russia destroys Ukraine. #russiaisaterroriststate

Today, Ukraine's rescue community suffered a painful loss. During emergency response work at an energy facility in Kyiv, Oleksandr Pytaichuk, a high-angle rescuer was killed.

He stood between chaos and normal life — so homes could have light and heat. Oleksandr was only 31...

russia is committing genocide against Ukrainians — and the world still hesitates to name it.

Kyiv's local authorities are evacuating elderly and low-mobility people living alone to boarding houses due to the lack of heating and electricity.

It's day XXX of russia's crime against humanity — one the free world could have stopped, but chose not to.

Unfortunately, the news of people dying of carbon monoxide poisoning or the explosion of gas tanks isn't rare these days. People were desperate to survive the subzero temperatures.

Make no mistake. They didn't die of an accident. Damn terrorussia killed them.
January 24, 2026 at 3:07 PM
With all the noise around, the core reality remains: russia is trying to bomb Ukraine into the stone age. Any talks that don't compel russia to stop this crime against humanity are empty words.
January 23, 2026 at 9:24 AM
russia is preparing another massive combined attack to freeze us, Ukrainians to death.

This is a large-scale crime against humanity, unfolding right now, live.

Five people, including a 1,5yo boy, were injured in the russian missile strike against Kryvyi Rih. Terrorists damaged a two-storey house.

Also, russians have just bombed another residential building in Dnipro. This is a horrifying reality Ukrainians are facing every day.

Ukrainian railway emergency repair teams from across the country, together with Lviv utility workers, have arrived in Kyiv to help local energy engineers restore light and heat to homes.

Honestly. This gives me far more hope and trust in humanity than any news from Davos.

As you read this post, russia is continuing to commit systematic large-scale crimes against humanity by destroying the electricity grid & heating system across Ukraine, threatening the civil population to die from cold and epidemics.

russia has been openly trying to erase the Ukrainian nation.

Ukrainian energy crews are doing miracles to keep basic utilities running as russian drones and missiles rain down.

Pls support them by demanding from your gov'ts air defences and missiles for Ukraine now, #SkyShieldNow.

Donate for Shahed interceptors.

3am activities? Watching russian Shahed drones and ballistic missiles trying — once again — to cut a city of 4 million people off from electricity and heating.

It's not ok to watch an entire nation being bombed into freezing in brutal subzero t°.
It's not ok to pretend russia wants peace while it targets homes, hospitals, and energy grid, aiming to destroy Ukraine.
It's not ok to delay air defences while civilians sleep in cold shelters and darkness.

In 3d, Polish people collected $300k+ for power generators for Kyiv that is enduring heavy blackouts amidst subzero t°.

The fundraiser got more popular than expected, ensuring organizers can bring more light and heat into Ukrainian homes after russian attacks.
