Cautiously optimistic about starting this! It’s giving me Addie LaRue vibes, a book I LOVED. The narration so far is.. interesting. There’s a southern accent that pops up and then disappears but overall it’s tolerable via audio so I’m enjoying the story

Nostalgia is a powerful thing because Bloom graciously approved for the eARC of RoomHate by Penelope Ward, a book a read a looong time ago, and imo it is.. so bad lol it’s out again today with a new cover but the MMC is so mean and the contrived angst & plot actually makes no sense 😭 #booksky
