I often find myself wishing I had a “mom” though I do have a mother, today extraspecially. I have (currently) non critical but still serious medical discoveries that are honestly kinda really scary. I also cannot tell or seek comfort from her bc it will do nothing but bring further stress.

I started using work methods at home and that’s really the move yall. It’s funny sometimes cause I talk to my kids like new employees when telling/asking them to do something but it’s also effective. “Hi, please address the kitchen. I”ll follow up on progress by 2 pm, TIA.”
