If we don’t pay attention to someone’s *internal*
experience of the world, we miss a vital part of who they are

I was lucky enough to have an autism assessment that cared about those aspects

But many people go undiagnosed when that doesn’t happen

And many more go through life feeling unseen 💔

So much of autism can be things that are unseeable…

There’s outward behaviours, but also:

- how do you make sense of the world?
- how do you process sensory input?
- what was your childhood like?
- how do you experience friendship?
- what methods/ routines do you have for navigating the world?
