I’ve been rewatching Wednesday (S1 & 2) and while I love it overall, as an AuDHDer, I’ve been cringing at the overuse/incorrect use of words and phrases, continuity, exposition etc.

I have changed my handle to my author name. Because I should probably get my name out there in case I ever finish my book, which will obvs be ‘mazing. Once I get past the ‘I just need to do a teensy bit more research’ stage and deeper into the ‘just get your ass in gear, lady!’ stage.

Ireland just released a report showing the huge success of the unconditional basic income it provided to artists. Each $1 spent led to society gaining $1.39. Artists' earned incomes went up more than their side job incomes fell. And they were happier and used less welfare

My awesome Mom was admitted to hospital last Friday for tests for suspected gall bladder issues. Monday they discovered she has heart arrhythmia. Tuesday they found a 2.5cm shadow on her pancreas. Yesterday they found shadows on her lungs. No formal diagnosis yet but it looks really bad. I am broken

After suffering yet another soul-crushing rejection in my 2-year-long job hunt, I’m throwing in the towel. I’m exhausted and beaten down by the whole process.
So, I’m going with my only other remaining option.

My family in the US has begged me not to visit. I lived there for years.

Our big girl, Abby, had to have surgery yesterday to remove a wart on her eyelid and a worrying growth on her gum. She was the bravest girl but was very woozy and upset afterwards, and she is NOT enjoying the cone of shame! 😞💕
