From Meidastouch: It's reported by the White House that the Convicted FElon is going to Walter Reed Military Hospital tomorrow, Friday, for an annual visit. The problem is he had an annual visit back in April. It has been shown that the Convicted FElon is having some serious health & mental concerns

Here it comes, folks. Trump will wait 'til the last minute and put a payment plan in motion then tell the troops that the Dems disapproved of his plan, but he would never let the troops go unpaid. He is doing this to endear the troops to his fascist regime.
