The reason for the go for tanking dispite the low temperatures, seems to be a diffrenece between this WDR and the actual launch:

There will be no Isar Aerospace launch in Jan. The company is taking more time to address an issue with a pressurization valve. It has backup launch windows in Feb and March. It is now a question of which comes first: Spectrum or Ariane 64.
