To give you a sense of how long Robb Pitts has been around: he has been in elected office 10 years longer than Nancy Pelosi, and 16 years longer than Jim Clyburn.

The Rubik's cube was introduced the year he first won an election; so did Whac-A-Mole, Tostitos, the Apple II, and the Post-It Note

Based on past experience, we're roughly months away from entering "tech oligarchs leverage rigged courts to sue Bluesky into bankruptcy" or "armed regime forces violently raid Bluesky offices to intimidate staff" territory.

They hate the existence of information ecosystems outside of their control
This is the first time where the week over week change in that chart has been consistently growing. Notably, it's not some huge, singular, unsustainable and uncontrollable exogenous migration event. It's just... modest, sustained growth... for the first time ever. And, it's still climbing.

Unexpected development: after this vigil, a trio of UCC pastors approached Whipple to offer pastoral care to detainees.

They were allowed in (as was I), but were ultimately denied access to the detainees.

A representative told them: “not at this time,” offering a number to call.

Just in case anyone has doubts about Trump's plans for the midterms, he now openly admits that he wishes he had order troops to seize all voting machines in 2020.

With no one in the White House, Pentagon, or DOJ to stop him, he'll do it this time--unless Congress stops him first.

But the country’s own government has violated its laws, illegally evicting hundreds of Ogieks from their homes.
