Being a brony in the early/mid 2010s was really something else. I remember there being like theorist circles, all sorts of fan games and fanfics, some of the wildest animations I've seen on YT to this day. A shame how the community kind dissipated, it was very special.

When I moved to Linux about a decade ago I was a huge Unity DE fan, and I remember when Ubuntu killed it I switched distros to one that had plasma and in trying out different themes I was very surprised in how intuitive having a global menu and window decorations on the top panel like MacOS.
