In today’s MOU the Province of Alberta makes clear commitments on climate action. Alberta promises to work toward net zero GHGs by 2050, strengthen their industrial carbon pricing system, advance carbon capture/utilization/storage, and cut methane emissions.

For 34 years, the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence campaign has been held from 25 November to 10 December. This year, the theme of the campaign is digital violence against all women and girls.

PM @mark-carney.bsky.social had a successful visit to the UAE with a 70 billion trade deal. Another step toward strong, global trade alliances. Agreement is signed, with details to be negotiated and upcoming planned visits in both directions. Bravo!
