Each of them in red stained armor, with silver helmets adoring King Zod’s powerful house sigil. “Halt.” One says. “What goes on here?”

It takes seconds for him to rise, and even short for him to catch Solas again.

“I’ve got you.” He says, in a voice that almost doesn’t sound like his own. Confident, older —- heroic. Slowly, the two began to fade towards the ground.

Feet plant —- calves flex out, a leap. More than a leap, flight, maybe for the first time. True, guiding, actual flight. Coursing through the air in what feels like free fall, but up.

Believe it or not, that is actually a somewhat familiar situation to me. I wasn't chosen, far from it, but we do have a local god who embodies our kingdom, so I understand! It's a lot of pressure. What does she want you to do?

| think Fantasy!Lex and Fantasy!Kal were homies growing up in Smallville (similar to the comics) but Lex’s genius like mind got him noticed by King Zod and he kinda became a sort of Arcane!Jayce for Kondor mhm

He'd been aching to climb this tree for weeks, and the low branches lured him back in. Even if he'd nearly hurt himself trying before, his stubborn nature would nag at him until he could succeed.
