Physiotherapist wanted to check my HbA1c before talking about steroids. 121. *cough* But in the ensuing conversation about healthy eating and self care, all the crap came up and now I have referrals to Talking Therapy, Access to Move (gym), and a prescription for sertraline to get me on an even keel

I think my point is, my parents taught me a work effort just as Todd's taught him, but theirs didn't push him into a mould.
And I get why my dad did me, but I do wonder who and what I would be if he'd just let me find my own way?
