Which TV presenter do you turn to in times of upheaval and unease. I've seen people mention Robbie Cumming (Canal Boat Diaries) and Bruce Parry (Tribe etc) but who else, and which women? Who is the TV presenter equivalent of an epsom salts bath or 5mg of diazepam?

If you are a boob owner, especially one who finds bras uncomfortable, look at TheIrishBraLady on Instagram, it's astonishing what sizes the media tell us are ginormously huge (which keeps people in badly-fitting bras) actually look like on a properly measured and fitted person.
