For me to smoke for 5 years at some points a pack a day, once I quit, I realized everything about it is gross & embarrassing. Like, my car smelled horrible, my lips looked dead, i used to have cigarette butts everywhere.. just… yuck. I can literally still smell and taste the difference.

One of my goals this year is to listen to more music and find new artists (new to me, seasoned to y’all) that I enjoy. I listened to about 600 minutes of music last year & that’s insane.

I didn’t know it was odd to sleep naked. The only time I’ll keep clothes on is if I’m on vacation with friends and even then I’m subconsciously stripping down in the middle of the night.
My BFF thinks I’m a psycho bc I sleep nakey no matter how cold it is. I just add blankets, and maybe socks, but those come off in the middle of the night.
