It's truly sad because one of the big reasons 5e has its player base is because EVERYONE makes content for it. If less designers made their own derivative OSRs and instead made supplemental content for existing OSRs they liked, it'd be way easier to pitch people on other systems.

It also doesn't say he can't loophole the law entirely by making extrajudicial deals with multi-billion dollar media execs to fire people in exchange for approving predatory mergers that make them more money at the cost of consumer choice. The meta has changed since 1791, might be time for a patch.
